Shaun Bowler & Associates deliver organisational development and recruitment solutions. We deliver culture assessment and positive culture change, as well as one-on-one coaching and supervision for a wide range of professionals.In the early 2000s, we became New Zealand’s specialist local government recruiters, serving almost a third of the market. We continue to deliver innovative recruitment solutions to cities and districts, helping them acquire and retain top talent.
Since 2020, we’ve expanded to serve the not-for-profit and social services sectors.

We spend a third of our life at work - so how do we make that time meaningful and enjoyable? I'm an organisational psychologist with 30+ years’ experience in management and leadership roles in consulting, government and private enterprises. I help people and organisations manage stress, burnout, careers, performance, technology and relationships. I’ve practiced in the Pacific Islands and know the strengths and challenges that community connections bring, as well as the value of diversity. An executive coach, I’m a member of the Coaching Psychology Special Interest Group of the New Zealand Psychological Society, a Charter Member of the Institute of Organisational Psychology and a Full Member of the European Association of Work and Organisational Psychology.
